Hi experts.
I removed a java-system from our solman (with sid "jas") and now i get still errors in sm21 all the time:
08:00:50 DIA 004 010 SM_EFWK | BY 2 Database error 12154 at CON |
08:00:50 DIA 004 010 SM_EFWK | BY 0 > con=2(sapjas:1521/JAS): ORA-12154: TNS:could not |
08:00:50 DIA 004 010 SM_EFWK | BY 0 > resolve the connect identifier specified |
08:00:50 DIA 004 010 SM_EFWK | BY 1 Database error 12154 |
08:01:50 DIA 004 010 SM_EFWK | BY 2 Database error 12154 at CON |
I removed the system from the lmdb, cannot the system in smsy anymore.
also in "managed system configuration" and techincal monitroing in solman_workcenter.
from my side i cannot see it anymore but still get those errors.
any ideas? thank you in advance!
EDIT:
i see in "technical monitoring" at "technical maintenance / technical system" the JAS ! but does that matter?
I deleted it also from the SLD.
Hello Dennis
Here are some points to be checked:
- remove the extractors (and monitoring if configured)
- remove the logical component and adapt the solution accordingly
- cleanup the SLD (SLD - LMDB synch job will run)
- check and cleanup LMDB (after the synch job was successfully executed)
- DBACOCKPIT remove the connection to the system; pay attention here: there are 2 entries that must be removed (first entry when you call TA DBACOCKPIT and second entry when you select Database connections [under system landscape on the left side])
Might have missed something but basically this is the cleanup procedure.
Cheers
Marian

Hello Dennis,
Check note 1840919 - EFWK RESOURCE MANAGER - DB extractor - Error messages during managed system offline backup

Check whether there is still an entry in the DBCON table.

Hi Dennis,
You also need to remove the Hosts also from LMDB. because normally CCDB stores the host and DB informations separately. hence you should remove them.
LMDB -> HOST remove DB and application host from there.
check in DBACOCKPIT , if you have your DB connected to solman, remove from there to.
Also make sure before you delete in LMDB, you were moved the corresponding entries in SLD.
Thanks
Jansi
