Hi Rahul

please ensure that ADS is running fine in your system .   From the error screen shot , issue might be with the FONT used in the print out.

Can you confirm if this issue has started coming suddenly or is this something new you are trying ?

Hi Rahul,

Need to configure ADS services to get PDF preview in SAP .Provided document will explain necessary steps to get configured ADS in your system.

Also check if the fonts are installed correctly in SAP, ADS and in the desktop.
