Report for importing capacity reservations RES01

Hi everbody,

we used the Import capacity reservations from SNP function offered in transaction RES01 and it worked fine,
However we are wondering whether there is a report that provides the same functionality, since we do not want to

perform the tedious task for each ressource.

Can you provide step by step guidance on creating capacity reservations in SNP and importing them to PPDS using Import capacity reservations from SNP function offered in transaction RES01 ?

HI Mitch,

As such there is no report for it in standard SAP, in resource master data, you display the capacity reservation and then you import reservations from SNP.

thank you for your quick reply.

This is rather strange that there is no report to import reservations since it is a cumbersome job to import reservations on every resoure by hand.

Hello Mitch.

In my last project, we created few reporst to show the reservations from resources.

The main function is '/SAPAPO/REPT_GETDATA_CAPRESV'

We used the fm '/SAPAPO/REPT_GETDATA_OPRLIST to get information to link reserved capacity x used capacity.
