Hi all,
As i am new into the GTS. I want the know, how to identity the import/export license which is getting created automatically or manually.
In our system the license are getting created two ways.
1. automatic
2. manually
the Automatic license is getting created by the batch job, and in manually the user is created the license.
is there any table where we can find the details whether the license has created automatically or manually. based on this i need to do the coding in the GTS system.
Can anyone help me on this please....
Thanks in advance.....
Hi Hyder,
Following Dhilipan's line, you could call Function Module SUSR_USER_LOGONDATA_GET with the username (/SAPSLL/LCLIC-ERNAM), and test the value of field USTYP to check whether the licence was created by a Dialog or System user. But in case the batch job is running under the ID of a normal user, that won't help.
Which program is being used by the Batch job? If it is your own program, perhaps you could ensure that one or more fields are filled with specific values that you can recognise.
Anyway, please let us know more about the additional coding you need to do for the licences; then maybe we can help you better. That's to say, WHEN and WHY do you need to know how the licence was created?
Regards,
Dave

Hi Hyder,
When you say Batch job is creating the license automatically. You can get the Batch user id easily. You can open the batch job steps and see the user id.
Just use the table /SAPSLL/LCLIC and pull the records which has the ERNAM= "Batch user id". Result will be automatically created licenses.
Thanks
Dhilipan
