Project System PR (service) is not Transferring to SRM.

Hi, While transferring a PR from Project System(ECC) I am getting a error " Item type 'Service' not allowed for this Item". We are on classic scenario with SRM 7.0 EHP2  SAP PI 7.0 with ECC EHP4. Regards Aromal R

Hi Aromal,

You can check in outbound XML if parent item id is missing as below:

- <HierarchyRelationship>

  <ParentItemID />

  <TypeCode>007</TypeCode>

  </HierarchyRelationship>

If so, I am afraid that you have to apply one pilot note:

1608510 PR not transfered to SRM system when created from PS

This note is pilot one, so you have to raise incident to contact note owner to add your customer number to the list.
