Hi,
I am facing a problem when trying to access external catalog I have configured in SRM7.0. We are only allowed to use IE8 for SRM, but recently the catalog when launched show up a blank screen. It is happening for a specific vendor and has happened recently, before this same catalog was working fine.
If anyone can help i would be gratefull!!!

Hi Rashmi,
Check following points:
1) Add the catalog website into secure sites of the browser
2) Delete cookies of the browser
3) Test the catalog website using normal browser call to check if it exists

Do you mean when you add catalog item to SC, it failed with blank screen?
If so, I suggest you maintain paramters bypass_outb_handler and bypass_inb_handler before HOOK_URL in the standard call structure. And also maintain UTF-8 as Codepage of Service for this catalog.
