rate cards without contract

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to upload the rate card without contracts in SAP SRM so I use the rate card while creating shopping cart? We are using stand alone SRM.

Can you please provide more details .. if possible with screenshots .. what kind of a contract is this central contract ? Also never heard of rate card before can you please explain in more detail your issue .

is there an error you are getting doing the above action ?

Hi Vinita,

Rate card is similar to a menu card in the hotel. supplier provides different rates of the services/material they supply.

So is it possible to create rate cards without contract in SRM ?

I have never heard of 'rate card' in contract or SC.

Would you please make screenshot to show it in SRM contract?

I too didn't see. I am asking whether its possible to enter the rate cards(item/services and their rates) without contract?

Hi Senthil,

If this is totally your custom field, you can add this field to SC or contracts via customizing.

I don't think this is a standard field in SRM system.

If this exists in some other systems, I am afraid that SRM won't replicate it from the other system.
