Entries Missing in /SAPAPO/SD_DOC table

Hi Guys,

To get the ship to party details for sales orders, the /sapapo/posmapn and /sapapo/sd_doc tables are used in APO side. However we come across the situation that all the sales orders do not have the entries in /sapapo/sd_doc. Any idea what will cause this situation, is there any other tables can be used for this requirement.

Thanks for the info, the problem is the /sapapo/sd_doc do not have all the sales orders entries , like to know what causes this.

I suggest you to please check these two tables :  /SAPAPO/ORDADM_I or /SAPAPO/ORDPART

Also I hope you or someone else did not delete Sales Order by running /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL either in foreground or may be through batch jobs.

You can check if anyone has indeed run /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL using ABAP program name option in SM37.

Also run CCR for Sales Orders.
