Hi guys,

We started implementing the Approve travel request app, the configuration guide says:

• Ensure that the SRA009_T_CONFIG configuration table is maintained.The table must be maintained for a workflow decision key in case of a custom workflow for travel request approval. A node for this task is provided in Customizing.
• Ensure that the SRA009_T_TASKTYP configuration table is maintained.The table must be maintained for the task type used for approving the travel request. A node for this task is provided in Customizing.

The tables are available but not the node in customizing, what it could be happening?

Hi Fernando,

Those table should be configured if you do not use the standard task TS20000118.

The IMG document gives you more info.

Define Task Types for Approval Workflow

Use

In this IMG activity, you define the workflow task that is used to approve travel requests.

Standard settings

The default task is TS20000118.

Activities

If you use a different task, choose New Entries and enter your task in the Workflow Task field.

Define Decision Keys for Approval Workflow

Use

In this IMG activity, you define the decision keys for approval and rejection. You need to define these keys if you are using a custom workflow to approve travel requests.

Standard settings

In the standard workflow, decision key "0001" is used for approval, and decision key "0003" for rejection.

Activities

If you have defined a custom workflow for approving travel request, make the following settings:

1. In the WF Decision Key field, enter "0001" for approval.

2. In the UI Decision Key field, enter "0003" for rejection.

Can u share us Screen shot of the App like what exactly u r facing the error if possible. have u checked the MBO's??

Hi Padryp,

We have just started the implementation, we did not get an error yet, but we are seeing several things that are not like the documentation says. We had several issue during the initial installation, so for that reason we started asking from the beginning for this app. Can you confirm that the customization nodes should be included?
