Hi All,
We are using central hub deployment. I'm trying to configure the approval scenario for PO approval. On Scenario Definition, I cannot find the technical service name GBAPP_POAPPROVAL.
We have already activated our services. See below
But on Scenario Definition, we cannot see the technical service name. We only see services from our local server.
Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance

Hi Melanie,
Scenario definition is a customizing table in the Gateway server. You just need to follow the installation guide and cut&paste the GBAPP_POAPPROVAL from the install guide.

Hi Masa,
I have done what you have indicated but I'm having a problem with assigning the roles to scenario ID. Backend roles should be assigned, am I correct? In this case - SAP_MM_PO_APV_APP. But I cannot find the said roles. Since it's a backend role, this role should be in our ERP server (we are using central hub deployment). But I'm doing the scenario ID configuration in our Gateway server. Should I do the configuration on the ERP server?
I cannot also proceed with configuring the task definition for the scenario. I believe since we are using a central hub deployment, we should be seeing the system alias of our ERP server.
By the way. I cannot also see the said role SAP_MM_PO_APV_APP using PFCG on our Gateway Server nor on our ERP Server.
Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance
Hi Melanie,
Finding Technical Service Name for PO Approval is not related with role and system alias for task.
+ Technical name - copy & paste from install guide
+ Role - It is optional. You do not need to maintain it. If you maintain it, it should be a role in Gateway.
+ System alias - You have not maintained system aliases - please check the install guide.

Hi Melanie,
1. The screenshot /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE does not have system alias assignment. Please upload screenshot again.
2. Entityset External name is wrong. Please cut&paste from install guide. It should be without space.
3. Double check the all notes mentioned in the install guide.
4. You can set external break points at.
Class:
/IWPGW/CL_TGW_EDP_TASK
Method:
/IWBEP/IF_MGW_APPL_SRV_RUNTIME~GET_ENTITYSET
GET_ENTITYSET_EXTEND
ENTITYSET_CONSUMER_SCENARIO

Hi Melanie,
I think NetWeaver Gateway is not configured properly.
User roles have to be assigned after NetWeaver Gateway installation.
NeWeaver Gateway is a prerequisite for Fiori.
