Error in RSPOR_SETUP in BI system. Please help me urgently

Hi,

User is getting the below error When he tried to save the template in WAD in BI system.  I am unable to solve this issue. Please guide me to resolve this issue.

Please check the user ID maintained in the user credentials section on VA and ensure that it is unlocked in the SAP BW ABAP side.

Also check if the credentials for the user are fine.

Hi Subbu,

Could you execute the BI-Portal Diagnostic tool to check consistency in configuration.

Correct those issues and then check WAD.
