HI All,
We have got requirement to upgrade the Livecache from 7.7.04.38 to 7.7.06.27 as part of the kernel upgrade to 721 EXT unicode. We have found the LC patch LC770623A6027_2-20002016.SAR from the service marketplace.Upon checking the note 822239 , could see the below that (
SQLDBC runtime versions required by the DBSL (dbsdbslib) are: 7.7.07 >= Build 41)
SAP kernel Release 7.2x (incl. 7.20 EXT, 7.21 EXT, NW 7.02, NW 7.03, NW 7.20, NW 7.3x)
The SQLDBC runtime versions required by the DBSL (dbsdbslib) are:
7.7.07 >= Build 41 for all available platforms
As per note note 822239,
Does the SQLDBC runtime also have to be installed on the application server?
Yes, SQLDBC runtime must be installed on all application servers and the database server.
So after applying the patch LC770623A6027_2-20002016.SAR , is the SQLDBC runtime versions version will come to 7.7.07 >= Build 41 ? or this is needed ? and how to do it ? We are trying to apply it in a central system.
Thank you
Matt
