Hello Gurus,
I activate all /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/ svy_h , svy_m, svy_popups, svy_s
and my survey were displayed in bsp, but now i have problem to sent survey via popup window.

What parameter could i set in method SEND_SURVEY for popup window with survey form ?
P.S.
When i see scheduled action, i see that action YMIV_SEND_SURVEY in yellow, is it normal ?

Problem resolved,
1. Confirm that there is a hyperlink in the mail form for your survey
which was generated from CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and test.
2. If that tests fine then go to your mail form and change the
description of the link to 'Customer Satisfaction Survey'. This
description is expected to be found in the coding when the mail form
is processed. This link description is a standard mail form attribute
and cannot be replaced by free text

I finally realize that the description of the link is the one expected to be found by the program. Now, the survey is sended by the system as a link in an email when I execute the action manually, but the message is not being sended at the confirmation of the ticket.
Furthermore, I don't find in the action ZMIN_STD_SEND_SURVEY how to schedule a condiction by the status.
Does anyone know how to send the survey automatically when the ticket is closed?
You need to review the following steps:
1. Generate the link on the "CRM_SURVEY_SUITE"
2.Add that link in your Mail Form with this specific description "Customer Satisfaction Survey"
3. Validate that you have defined URL Parameters for internal/external Customer Surveys (SPRO->Customer Relationship Management-> Transactions -> Settings for Service Request ->Curtomer Survey ->Define URL Parameters for Customer Surveys).

Make sure you have activated /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/svy_h , svy_m, svy_popups, svy_s. Also, implement manual steps in OSS Note 1842704. The error message is misleading but it seemed to fix my issue once I generated the survey using the report. You may have to implement OSS Note 1835143 which contains the report.
