Configuration Survey Forms in Solution Manager 7.1

Hello,

I can't find documentation about Survey Forms, and start configuration independently, but i have issue when open survey template via WebUi,

Service cannot be reached!!!

Please help to resolve issue.

Hello Gurus,

I activate all /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/ svy_h , svy_m, svy_popups, svy_s

and my survey were displayed in bsp, but now i have problem to sent survey via popup window.

SPPFCADM:

Setting for Action Definition:

What parameter could i set in method SEND_SURVEY for popup window with survey form ?

P.S.

When i see scheduled action, i see that action YMIV_SEND_SURVEY in yellow, is it normal ?

You have to fill all values in Container Editor and assign a status at which your action will be executed.

Thank you for answer, for additional i implement new BAdi in se19, EVAL_SCHEDCOND_PPF; EVAL_STARTCOND_PPF.

But now have error in action definition

see screenshoot bellow:

in XML (CRM_SURVEY_SUITE; Repository -> Parameters XML -> BSP -> CRM_SVY_BSP_SYSTEMPARAM.XML) i set my hostname and port.

Hi, All

Problem resolved,

1.  Confirm that there is a hyperlink in the mail form for your survey

which was generated from CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and test.

2.  If that tests fine then go to your mail form and change the

description of the link to 'Customer Satisfaction Survey'. This

description is expected to be found in the coding when the mail form

is processed.  This link description is a standard mail form attribute

and cannot be replaced by free text

Thank you for posting this solution, I was trying to get it to work and I was having issues because I didn't name the link as "Customer Satisfaction Survey".

I finally realize that the description of the link is the one expected to be found by the program. Now, the survey is sended by the system as a link in an email when I execute the action manually, but the message is not being sended at the confirmation of the ticket.

Furthermore, I don't find in the action ZMIN_STD_SEND_SURVEY how to schedule a condiction by the status.

Does anyone know how to send the survey automatically when the ticket is closed?

We're forking this thread, but...

to trigger actions, such as sending surveys, automatically at status change, use transaction SPPFCADM, choose your object type (in this case CRM_ORDER) and go to Condition Configuration.

You need to review the following steps:

1. Generate the link on the "CRM_SURVEY_SUITE"

2.Add that link in your Mail Form with this specific description "Customer Satisfaction Survey"

3. Validate that you have defined URL Parameters for internal/external Customer Surveys (SPRO->Customer Relationship Management-> Transactions -> Settings for Service Request ->Curtomer Survey ->Define URL Parameters for Customer Surveys).

Make sure you have activated /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/svy_h , svy_m, svy_popups, svy_s. Also, implement manual steps in OSS Note 1842704. The error message is misleading but it seemed to fix my issue once I generated the survey using the report. You may have to implement OSS Note 1835143 which contains the report.

Hello Zhanbolat,

Service was activated, in transaction SICF. Are you know any documentations about survey forms.

workflow is worked when message closed, but email does't send to reporter.

Go to

  1. CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction and click on Display icon for SANDESHTEST survey.

If you get the error again then Activate and Generate the survey

It should work now.

Hello, Vivek.

Thank you for reply, i try to activate SANDESHTEST, but system does't activate it.

logs show that SANDESHTEST is active but icon is inactive

When i click for SANDESHTEST system give me error:

Have checked/ensure switching over to the ABAP based

internal CAT Server. Please follow the steps provided below to that.

  1. Execute transaction SE80
  2. Select Repository Browser
  3. Choose Class/Interface and enter CL_SURVEY_CATSERVER
  4. Expand methods and double click on SET_CATSERVER_ABAP
  5. Press F8
  6. Execute the method SET_CATSERVER_ABAP by clicking on the icon
  7. Press F8 again
