Use BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create po the condition type(POCOND) have some problem

Hi everyone,

     When I use BAPI 'BAPI_PO_CREATE1'  to create po , I  set two  condition types to pocond ('ZG13' , 'PRB1') and pocondx,

but after the po created,the tap 'Conditons' of ITEM contain only one conditon type  , have someone known the reason? . please help me .

      I change the CHANGE_ID  = 'U' to 'I'
