Technical Monitoring - Widget error

Hi experts,

we are using Technical Monitoring based on Solman 7.1.

There I found the widget for the monitoring which I did download and install based on the following guide:

Configuring the System Monitoring Widget (Solution Manager 7.1)

however, if I try to enter a system I get the following error (bottom):

Does someone know how to solve this problem?

Hi Christian,

Can you make sure the http url is correct In the HTTP URL field. Can you check the guideline again and make sure there is no "/" at the end as well?

yes, I am sure.

I entered in web-service url: http://<server>:80<instancenumber>/sap/bc...../<widget_service>

and in http-url: http://<server>:80<instancenumber>

Hi Christian,

Once the endpoint is created,  you can get the WSDL document by clicking on Open WSDL document for selected binding or service, once you see the WSDL document, copy the soap address location as shown below:

Web Service URL:

http://<SolmanHostname>:<80instancenumber>/ /sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/ai_tmon_overview_service/100/z_widget_monitor/binding_widget

Hello Roland,

when I click on the button, a kind of XML-File is opened.

Do I have to copy the URL of this file or the path to the binding - because this is what I already have (see first post).

In the web-service url, have you entered the correct client number for Solution Manager system.

Please check.
