Hello,

we have implemented ITSM scenario in Solution Manager. All is working OK, but I have one question.

How can I allow one user from our customer to see all tickets created by users from this company. His current role in Reporter. He currently can see only messages created by himself.

Hi,

Please check the auth object CRM_ORD_OP, whether any restrictions set for it as stated below, if yes remove it,
