Hi experts,
we are closing down our employee interaction center and I would like to know how to export all data relating to activities.
Are there any tools or reports available from SAP?

You can pull the information from BW assuming you are using the BW extractors or run the activity search inside the tool as another option.
Curious as to why you are shutting down ERP EIC and what tool you are replacing it with.

We are not using BW in conjunction with ERP EIC. Where can I find those activity history reports?

The activity search is standard delivered on the navigation bar but might not be a via option depending on the number of activities.
I would recommend either writing an ABAP report or buying a pre-packaged EIC data report which can easily pull all the existing cases from the system.
Let me know if you would like any more details.
Writing an ABAP report would be my favorite solution. Could you provide details about where the data is stored (tables, other objects) or if there are predefined APIs like function modules, classes, etc.?
Not an ABAP programmer but the data is stored inside of case management.
