I am new to SNC and learning, can somebody please explain me SNC dynamic replenishment process.

The SNC - Dynamic Replenishment (DR) scenario also know as Order Forecast Monitor (OFM) is a Supplier Collabporation Business process. It is used to collaborate with suppliers during planning. It enables a comparison between Customer (partner implementing the SNC solution) and the supplier planning data in a one-screen environment, where deviations between Customer's plan and the supplier's plan are shown in absolute and percentage differences.
Data sent by Customer can include Purchase Requistions / Planeed Orders / PO / SA Releases (sent using a std. report - RSMIPROACT from ECC to SNC)
The supplier can review this data and key in his commitments manually / File transfer option.
Then the system calculates the differences between the Customer and Supplier data and provides color-coded thresholds to visualize the deviations on screen. OFM also provides alerts to all parties so they can quickly adapt planning and delivery capacity to mitigate critical situations.
