Default System for Lock Access Request

Dear Experts,

Is it Possible that If we raise a access request for Locking user account, it automatically adds all the connected  backend system.

So we need not to add systems manually .User will be locked in the system in which it has account and for other system it will be ignored.

We have  a multiple backend system connected to GRC. Please share your thought on this.

Dear Mamoon,

I am not sure if you are able to add systems automatically like default roles. A workaround with the template itself is possible. Go to NWBC > Configurations > Template Management. Open the lock template and under tab "Access Details" add the required systems to being locked.

Please let me know if this helps and/or if you have a smoother solution.
