I am having solman 7.1 at my end and i want to configure a charm and service desk in solman 7.1

please share docs and screen shorts of charm configuration.

I have some question,

In steps "copy transaction" what are the transaction i need to copy and make z tcode for charm.

Also for TMS setup,

DEV (client 200) and it is domain of transport

PRD (client 600)

QAS (client 900).

So how can i go ahead for STMS configuration on solman for CHARM.

Hi

You need to do it as per your requirement basically you copy

smcr to zmcr

SMMJ

SMHF

SMCG

etc

but it is based upon your requirement and usage and do check my blogs below if you are doing a PoC
