Contract replication - target value on all line items

Hi there,

We did create a custom Target Value field for the contract at Header level in CLM at the Master Agreement Header.

This field is supposed to be for the total value of the entire contract.

However, when you replicate the contract to ECC (through SRM which is our middleware here), this Contract Target value (at the Header level)

appears against all line items as the Target value.

So, instead of the Total Contract Value of the replicated contract in ECC being at the Header level on the ECC contract, the Target Value (that was replicated from CLM on the Header level) appears against all the line items which is not right.

All the line items do have the net price Values (which is ok) being pulled through from CLM.

However, the ECC contract does not have a Contract Target Value at Header level.

Now the challenge is, how do you ensure that the total contract value appears only at the Header level instead of appearing against all the line items?

Please assist.

Thanks.

Regards,

Dave

Hi Dave,

Target value in ECC is mapped to Agreement Maximum which is on the Terms tab in the Master Agreement.

Agreement Maximum is the field from which value is replicated to ECC/SRM when the Master Agreement is published.

You should be able to change the mapping from CLM to ECC in CLM and XI to map the custom field that you created to Target Value in ECC.

Hope this helps.
