Hello,
I tried to create a text item with item category TATX,but I can't input price for it, could you help on it?

TATX line item is not relevant for Pricing as per standard
you can just explore TATX item category in VOV for Pricing field

the pricing field can't be changed in configuration for item category TATX.

You cannot set price for TEXT Item , when ever you enter the ITEM TYPE as B Pricing field will be greyed out
