Extracting conditions using quickviewer (SQ01)

Hi all,

I'm trying to extract condition info from using the quick viewer.

i'm joining tables A955, KONH and KONP and it works almost as it should. One of the fields in table A955 is the material number. in the extract I also want the material description, but i can't find the field in any of the 3 tables.

if you run transaction VK13, selects a record and choose to see details (display), the material describtion is shown.

Can you help.

Hello,

you need to add table MAKT.

Quick-viewers are very useful, but one defect is that the functionality (available with SAP queries) which fetches automatically the text for all those field having a text or a description, is not available.

Hi

SQVI doesn't support any description and we have to add description table for these fields. Materials, customers or material groups etc are some example. If we use SQ01,SQ02 then these descriptions are picked automatically and we don't need to add separate tables for descriptions.

Now you have to add MAKT as suggested by Andrea or use SQ01,SQ02.
