Error when importing HTML file to Web Dynpro MIME Repository

Hi Web Dynro Experts,

I'm working on SAP SRM 7 EHP 2.

I'm trying to Import a HTML file to a Web Dynpro applications but I'm getting a message saying "Operation is not allowed (M_TEXT_P)".

My steps are as follow:

1. Select Create->Mime Object->Import from the Web Dynpro application
2. Select my HTML file and complete the description
3. Default setting are Doc Class = Text Object and Mime Type = text/html

Any thoughts on what is causing the error?

Authorizations for stylesheets/MIME?

Also, Please use t-code SU53 to know if any authorizations missing for your user id.

Hi Rama,

Thank you for your response.

My development user has full authorisation and SU53 was successful so its not linked to a missing authorisation.

Okay, have you tried the workaround solution in the below link

Operation is not allowed (M_APP_P)

If you are still facing the issue, please click on "question mark ( ?)" of the error dialog box to know more about the error message. It also directs you to get solution.
