Hi Prakhar/Volker,

Thanks for your response on this.

I found one solution and it worked for me.

Managed system client in Analytics Connector was wrong, so i changed it and restarted server. After restarded it’s start working….

To check managed system in analytics connector

Go to SOLMAN_WORKCENTER =>  click on  “Maintain connector directory”  => Select "BPM_ACube"  => maintain managed system and client in it => Activate

Rahul

Hi Rahul,

Before implementing have you check pre requisite notes

784752 - BPMon in SAP Solution Manager - prerequisites

521820 - Availability of Business Process Monitoring

check if below background job is running

(BPM_DATA_COLLECTION*) and data is filled in 0SM_BPMRH

Note 1699842 - Business Process
Analytics: no data for keyfigures

let me know if this helps

Hi Prakhar,

Thanks for the quick response.

I checked all pre requisite mentioned in above Notes and its maintained properly also BPM_DATA_COLLECTION* is running in managed system.

I checked infocube 0SM_BPMRH and data is not there for current date.

Can you please suggest something on above issue..

Hi Rahul,

did you configure along the PDF "Setup Guide - Business Process Analytics 7.1 SP5" at http://service.sap.com/bpimp > Media Library > Technical Information?

There could be several potential root causes

- No sufficient authorization in the RFC READ connection

- Problems in the extractor framework (EFWK)

- No sufficient authorization in the BPM_LOCAL RFC connection

- Problems with BW_CLIENT RFC connection

To name a few. Yuo could also check transaction SLG1 in SolMan with object "SOLAR" and subobject "BPM*" to check if any error messages point tot the problem.

Regards

Volker

Hi Volker,

Thanks for the response.

I configured BPA in Solman using that PDF only.

Also i checked in transaction SLG1 and it not showing any error message over there.

Regarding the possible root cause that you have mentioned in above post can you please elaborate that??

Hi Prakhar,

I checked above threads which you have mentioned.

- MDX rfc is working fine.
-  In Data Source Manager BPM_ACube status is green and active

- Authorization are proper both in managed system and solman system.

- BPM_DATA_COLLECTION is also working fine but still do data available in Infocube. how can i fix this??

thanks ahead.

Regards,

Rahul
