Hi,

One method is with ST03N which is already been shared by Khaja with you & with Tx SMLG you can proceed as SMLG --> Go to ---> Load Distribution and output screen will show you the  response time(ms).

You can also follow RZ20 --> CCMS Monitor templets--> Entire System--->Application Server --> R3Services.Here you'll get complete info regarding OS and DB response times.

Thanks,

Hi Khaja/Gaurav/all,

I see few difference in the response time of ST03N and SMLG

ST03 for CI - for dialog WP it shows 326.2

SMLG for CI - It shows 184

Please check and let me know whether I am seeing correctly or not

Average response time should be around 1 ms ..right?..Please clarify

I will appreciate all your help

Thanks a ton

The data from SMLG should be the current data and taken from the CCMS.

The data from ST03N should be for a specific period. (day, time or even the last 5 minutes)

Hi Daniel

The average response time ideally should be below 1.5 seconds but depends specific to customer.

From your ST03N screen , you can see the response times for the CI and the APP Server.

Thanks
