SAP Netweaver CE 7.3 Installation Database not ava...

Hi,

I've installed the SAP Netweaver CE 7.3 and replaced the SYBASE_ASE_DE.lic in /sybase/CES/SYSAM-2_0/licenses, but I still got error by starting the system.

Here are the error infos in CES.log. Any help would be appreciated,

Hi,

The license thing is a warning only for November which is still far from now your problem is this:

Could not allocate memory using Huge Pages. Allocated using regular pages. For better performance, reboot the server after configuring enough Huge Pages.

Hi,

I faced the same issue and seems like it's about locale file /sybase/<SID>/locales/locales.dat.

Please check what is missing in the log file : /sybase/<SID>/ASE-15_0/install/sybinit.err

For me, I added "locale = fr_FR.UTF-8, french, utf8" in the file under the [linux] tag in the file /sybase/<SID>/locales/locales.dat.
