Dear All

pls guide me..

now for solman, reported by , read from transaction BP , full name.

how can i change reported by from full name to first name or last name.

hi, yes.. i set in BP.

but i wanna change , when i search for reported by, i wanna take information from t.code BP is first name, not full name.

how can i set it, read from first name,not full name.

Navigate to below SPRO path

now choose the partner reported by for e.g as shown below also highlightes the Search Help assigned with object relation name

if you are not satisfied with standard need to define a z* one and then assign it here as per your requirement

the name in the incident is reflected from BP data which is a master data

so whatever you update in BP will be reflected there ....update the BP  accordingly and then see it for yourself

hi

you need to assign the access sequence as User in partner determination. Check out spro -> search "partner determination procedure" -> select your transaction header profile -> left panel -. partner function-> set the access sequence as User for reporter.

Hi Meliati

You are wrongly looking at partner det procedure instead of partner function

Reported By is a partner function which you can find out INSIDE in Partner det proc SLFN0001 or ZLFN0001 etc(custom) in 7.0

or SMIN0001 etc in 7.1 version of solman

1. First you define a partner function then
2. you assign this to a parter determination procedure and then
3. Partner det proc to transaction type

first you can see the define partner functions IMG for all the partner and can find Reported by

then define partner det procedure you can check the relevant one as mentioned earlier .....with reported by assigned

is this ok?

Can you elaborate what is your exact issue?  or share screenshot of what is the problem and what do you want to do?
