Solution manager 7.1 extractor logs wrong time zone

Hello has anyone have a problem with the  extractor logs  reporting in the wrong time zone?

time  is 5 hours ahead

Our system is  set to EST

May be the information from SAP Solution Manager Adminisration -> Infractructure -> BW Reporting will be helpful

We are on the latest LM service   SP08 version 3 and I checked the time zone of onthe java side like it says in the attached doc.  Time zone is correct

You can check the settings of your hardware timer also

It seems to me your timer is set up to EST instead of UTC

I'll try adding  the time zone (EST) of the solution manager users(like SM_P11)  in SU01.

I have them blank  , expecting them to default to the system time zone.
