Hi all,
As part of our SAP Fiori deployment, we are thinking thru how to enhance the user experience not only in the usability but also the deployment.
Question: For companies out there deploying Fiori apps, have you come up with any clever ways of getting the apps to the mobile devices? Maybe building a hybrid app for both IOS and Android using Fiori URL and deploy on an app store?
Thank you in advance!
Charles.

Hi Charles,
I think most of customers have corporate portal home page and business apps can be launched from home page. IT provides the link for Fiori Launchpad in the company home page. End users just need to know the URL for company home page or they can book mark the Fiori Launchpad URL.

One idea to consider could be using MDM solution like Afaria and then pushing out FIORI url to all users as part of on-boarding in their home screen. there might also be integration of FIORI and SMP coming out in which case this would be an app on your device running in a hybrid container on smp platform. no official word on this as to when.
thanks
