Workitem is not getting populated for approver in SRM portal Workview

Hi All,

We are getting an issue where Workitem is not populated to the Approver's Workview under task on SRM portal.I checked in Approval tab and the Aprrover is assigned .

One more thing, I checked the workitem in Approver's Inbox login to the SRM GUI and get the workitem .But Approver is not able to execute the workitem from there.

Please provide your suggestions.

Hi,

you need to update your UWL configuration in portal.

Is this specific to one of the approver in your system?

If yes, Check the input/fitler criteria for uwl in approver's portal login.
