Issue in EHP6 Upgrade using SUM

Hi,

We are upgrading from EHP5 to EHP6 using SUM tool. We are getting the below error during the CONFIGURATION phase as   The program has not found a matching SAINT package for 'FI-CAX' . Please find the below screen shot for your reference.

Kindly help us how to resolve the issue and continue the activity further.

Issue resolved.. There is a problem with the stack file generated... So we regenerated a new stack file and the activity is continued....

Hello

Do you have this component mentioned in the stack file ?

Check the .txt version of the stack file.

If yes then download the component and put it in the downloads directory.

Hi Surya,

Is FI-CAX component a part of stack.xml?

Please see if you have included FI-CAX support packages in the SAP Upgrade folder  and if yes then please upgrade SPAM to latest version and repeat the steps.

Thanks for the reply, Its part of stack.xml and we updated the SPAM to latest version(7.02/51) but still getting the issue. Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

Can you please let me know your present version of FI-CAX and the target as in stack.xml.

Does your EPS/in has all the version upgrades for FI-CAX also???

Hello Surya,

From the text file I can see that FI-CAX is moving from 605 to 606.

Can you confirm if you have included the upgrade support package for 606 FI-CAX in EPS/in?

not in EPS/in but the missing patches should be in the directory where your xml file is.

hi Surya,

YOu need to download the SPs and Add-on (FI-CAX 606) from service.sap.com and put in EPS/in folder after uncar then Repeat the phase.
