Hi Experts,
I am facing an error in BPC 10 Web login. After I enter my credentials and hit enter, it waits for some time and then showing "Failed to download platform configuration". Then the screen goes blank.
The funny thing is that no one in my team is facing this issue and I can access all the other systems without any issue!
Any idea about this?

Hi Harikrishna,
Have you tried reinstalling the EPM Addin, most of such issues will get fixed by a reinstall.
Give a try.
