Hello!
I would like to inquire whether anybody faced such problem in Solution Manager:
When user creates ServiceDesk message from R3 or BW system - author of the message defines correctly (username). But, when somebody is trying to create ServiceDesk message from SSM (Solution manager system) - author of the message defines as SOLMAN. May be we miss some settings?

you might set any auto determination via IB52?
check IB52 -> goto partner -> here any where defined reported by. if yer, please remove
check via partner determination access sequence
goto -> spro - search "define partner determination" under IT service management -> select your incident header ( standard SMIN0001, if you have custom, select your custom header) -> left panel "partner function in procedure-> Here you change the access sequence to "Proceding document -> reported by -. current user"

check in SM30 -----BCOS_CUST table in solution manager
the RFC destination should be NONE
this should resolve
