Reg: Incorrect Balance values seen in Credit Master Sheet(F.35)

Hi,

Under credit master sheet(f.35), we find that the balance box/table shows "zero/incorrect" values for fields balance, highest balance in 6M, highest balance in 12M, Sales from current year and Previous year Sales.

Until December 2013, these were showing correct values. From the beginning of 2014, they are either showing zero or incorrect values. There are valid A/R values in FD33

Trouble shooting steps followed:

1. When a new sales cycle is created in the current year, balance box gets updated. However, we beileve the balance feild shows only the current year's sales. It does not include the due amount of previous year (2013)

2. Ran credit management programs RVKRED77, RVKRED06/07/08 but none changed the balance value

Question:

Please help with the above issue. Do we need to run any credit management reports/programs to update the values in balance box?

Should the balance value be equal to A/R amount?

Yes, I have checked RVKRED88, but nothing significant turned up.

Do we have to any carry forward activity from FI end, which will show the previous year's(2013) balances?
