Queue monitoring

Hi All,

Please let me know whether queue monitoring(smq1 and smq2) in our PI system can be done from solution manager 7.1.

"We had one Business issue in monitoring wherein file was processed in PI System but was not processed in ECC.even we didn’t get any error in ECC.

So we are trying to automate this wherein if there is such case we will get alert in our mail-id."

Please help me with this

Hello,

Try to use System Monitoring, for transaction smq1, smq2.

For additional use for settings transaction solman_setup -> Technical Monitoring -> System Monitoring.

Select your PI system.

Go to transactions and set smq1, smq2, and added email receipt.

If you have some problem with settings system monitoring i can send to you EGI

After seleting a PI system in System monitoring, where do give the transaction and email recepit

For notification via email set automatic notifications - active

in the next steps you can determination email address, and transaction in host settings.

You can make use of the CCMS monitoring for blocked inbound and outbound queues.
