Hi to all,
We have a CRM-PI communication channel (QA ambient) ; but when we delivered a message from CRM to PI; the message is still stopped until we delivered manually.
Where can we verify the queue and configure to automatic delivered?

Tenemos un canal de comunicacion entre CRM - PI (ambiente de QA), pero cuando enviamos un mensaje desde crm a pi, el mensaje se queda en las colas hasta que lo liberamos manualmente.
donde podemos verificar la configuracion para corregir la entrega automatica?

Hello,
Go to SMQR -> and check if ur queues are registered or not?
Other option would be: go to sxmb_adm -> Manage queues -> Click on register queues.
