queue between crm - pi not automaticaly delivered

Hi to all,

We have a CRM-PI communication channel (QA ambient) ; but when we delivered a message from CRM to PI; the message is still stopped until we delivered manually.

Where can we verify the queue and configure to automatic delivered?

Please check if you configure the paramter "QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED" in SXMB_ADM.

Hello,

Go to SMQR -> and check if ur queues are registered or not?

Other option would be: go to sxmb_adm -> Manage queues -> Click on register queues.
