Archiving APO Data

Hi,

We need to archive the data from our APO system. We can execute the same using SARA transaction.

Is there any guidelines / steps on this and any pre -cautionary measures we need to take in relevant to this.

Hi,

In sap help for APO 4.1, there is no specific mention about archiving APO data. We need to have concrete APO data archiving strategy. Is there some SAP standard APO Archiving Object .

saphelp doc on APO 5.0 talks of interchangebility objects for GATP.

If any of you having experience in this area could provide some leads/documents that can be refered to, would be highly appreciated.

Hai,

Which data archiving are you talking about? Data can be stored in APO in 3 places. Live cache time series, orders and BW. Let me know if its BW data archiving. its simple. If its for Live cache data, then we have to see...Why do you need to archive data in APO? Did you check this in help.sap.com for
