Hello,
Are u able to open WSDL file with the URL mentioned under wsnavigator?
Another option would be to publish WSDL under SR and directly test it using wsnavigator-SR option?

Check whether you can find the service by selecting the provider system and input the needed info
of the system details....

I did exactly same, by taking WSDL and used in navigator tool, but same issue.
Please advise what could be the issue.
