In SOLMAN during system preparation not able to execute further activities

Dear All Gurus,

                    I m facing a problem while editing users in system preparation. When I am clicking on Edit in creating users in system preparation it is  not going forward & hanging up at the same time. I have logged in solman_admin & it is already created successfully in the beginning. Kindly help on this issue.

Hi Sarang,

As per the screen shot you have provided, the solman_setup Roadmap is missing and this can be the reason why the setup hangs.

Please check below SAP article :

Hiu All Gurus,

                       Thank you for all of your kind help. The issue has been resolved by using both  notes given by you. The problem was the browser was not supporting the Adobe Flash. Now it is displaying old road map.
