Need Alerts on Inbound Expired Error

Hi Experts,

I am using the PI 7.31 system and i have one Synchronous scenario from SAP ECC to PI to JDBC Receiver.

Problem is due to the issue in the Target DB server Inbound expired error is coming which i have monitered in RWB - CC monitoring.

My requirement is to raise the Alert message on Internet based Web email like Yahoo or GMAIL with the Key information from the message Payload like Sale Order No, Material No, etc..

Please let me know how to meet this requirement.

Hi Rathan

The standard alert mechanism will be able to send the mail for the communication channel failures

in PI.

But in the alert message it will not have the payload data. It will have the message id, interface, namespace details.

You can include payload data in alert email by using function module SLAERT_CREATE but that you need to call in your message mapping and it will not be able to catch the failures in adapter engine.
