Hello Experts,

We have One central instance and other Application instance in our ECC system ,We tried to collect the data through OS06N in Central Instance and Application Instance but OS06N is not working in Application Instance, but it is working in Central Instance. We had checked SAPOSCOL in both the systems, it is working for both the system.

After checking RZ20 -->SAP CCMS Monitor Templates --> Operating System --> <instance>-->"Views --> Status data collector"

We got the below screen.

Please suggest us as we are unable to get why we got this screen.

Regards

Hi ,

Have you checked the below note.

994025 - Virtualized OS environments in the operating system monitor

Activating the new function:

After you import the Support Package, three new transactions are available:

  • Transaction OS07N or ST06 (refer to the release-dependent availability of the transaction codes as specified in Note 1483047)
Here, you can display the operating system data for the application server of the current system and all systems connected to the CCMS with their application servers. In addition, all agents registered in the system (SAPCCMSR, SAPCCM4X) are displayed.

The new transactions build on the CCMS functions. SAPOSCOL will only query the snapshots directly. All other data is determined from the nodes in the CCMS. To structure the data of the CCMS consistently, it is required to change the collection interval of the SAPOSCOL to the frequency of the CCMS. If you use a SAPCCM4X or SAPCCMSR agent, the interval time is 60 seconds. If you do not use an agent, use the profile parameter "rdisp/autoabaptime" as interval time (usually 300 seconds). Since the SAPOSCOL  collection interval is 10 seconds by default, it must be increased accordingly

Do you see any dumps in the system related to the below note.
