Fiori Approve PO Homepage work item number zero

Dear experts,

We are in the process of configuration PO approval app for customer.

Currently the single app works fine.(The work item number is correct.)

Also clicking the app on the homepage also navigates to the app correctly.

The issue we have here is that the work item number on the tile of the app on the homepage is zero.

We are using custom workflow.

I've attached some configuration screenshots.

PS:We are on the latest version of all add-ons.

You can test the method GET_TASK_COUNT.

In that case, 0 is correct. What should be the correct count?

Please check the Inbox and SWI2_FREQ transaction.

Hello Masa,

That's why I feel confusing.

There are many work items in the inbox, 171 minus 167( which are overdue), that would be 4.

Also, when we open the single app Approve PO the number of work items is also 4.

But only the number on the home page's app tile is zero.
