Store business document

Hi,

I have a user that is working with a purchase order in the transaction FBL1N. He want to access the Store business document option presented below.

Why this option is disable? Is this an authorization error or I have to assign a object to a role or is the user doing something wrong?

This functionality is enable in Document management system

As already stated you can check in OAC3, for Object BKPF -Document type FIIINVOICE.FIICREDIT

Thanks for the information. I see the two BKPF entries in the transaction OAC3 as you could see in the screenshot below. Do I have to do or change something in these BKPF lines selected?

I you are looking to attach at Line item level. So we need entries for BSEG in the same table.

I think it is disabled because you don' t have any document type assigned to BSEG business object in OAC3. It could be authorization error too.

you need to look at standard functionality using t-codes
