Getting error in Homogeneous export

We have very old system 4.6C(MSSQL/Windows) and we have to move it to a

new hardware and DC.

While doing the export, we are getting weird error as shown below.

Anyone experienced this error?

What is RC 99 means?

Hi Vijay,

With specific reference to 4.6 system refer to note.

Note 201149 - INST: 4.6C/4.6C SR1 R/3 Inst. - Homogeneous System Copy

Export: Warnings that can be ignored

The following warnings can be ignored during the export:

In a SAP*.log file:

(EXP) WARNING: no INT type length field for RAW field in table "DDNTF"

(EXP) WARNING: no INT type length field for RAW field in table "D010S"

(EXP) WARNING: no INT type length field for RAW field in table "D010T"

(EXP) WARNING: no INT type length field for RAW field in table "D021S"

In the DBEXPORT.log file:

no technical settings for table ...

WARNING: value for ... not in quotes

Error: LvDetailProgress: Bad file number        (INSTGUI has been

   Error Lvping: LogViewerID data is invalid.     closed.)

R3load Import: Restarting the Import

If you have to restart the import after an error, you can just restart R3SETUP. The import is continued with the table that was not imported successfully

Hi....

It seems kernel issue. Kindly update kernel for your system export and  then you can do.

I guess only  R3load and DBSL files upgrade will work.

Hi,

What is the kernel installed version and the patch level installed on the system.on the system.

How you have the 4.6d kernel...

Update the R3load and DBSL files and retry.

Hi Vijay

it looks like your R3load is able to read above tables (RC99 means return code with major error)

You stated that's an homo copy so why are you not using backup & restore method?
