Confirm message in work center is not working

Hi experts,

we upgraded our solman system to solman 7.1 sps8.

In incident management work center we have the problem that when a user confirms a message, the system responds an error message:

There are no dumps in ST22, no entries in SM21 not even in the corresponding work process trace file...

When I try to confirm the message via tcode CRMD_ORDER there are no problems.

Any ideas?

I also recommend to update to latest SPS10 for bug fixes.

I could see the error tag as 

No changes possible in the document

have you checked the sap note 1755271 - Message Processor cannot change the incident status to Confirmed or Withdrawn

Hi Jansi,

tried to deactivate AI_CRM_IM_PROC_CHECK as recommended in this note but it does not change anything.

I think it's due to the fact that we still work in work centers with a SLFN based transaction type until we move to the new ones. Opened a message for SAP, but no solution yet
