Job GN_WORKLIST_GENERATE canceled

Hi everyone,

The job GN_WORKLIST_GENERATE finishes canceled everyday with the next error:

Job started

Step 001 started (program GN_WORKLIST_GENERATE, variant , user ID SOLMAN_BTC)

No authority.

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

I couldn't find any information about it.

Can anyone help me with it?

I forgot to add that our version is 701

Hi,

I have finally added the profile SAP_ALL to the user SOLMAN_BTC and the job has finished OK. It's clearly that the problem is related with permissions, but I'd like to know wich one specifically is.

if you go through the security guide (the link I have provided) you should be able to findout what kind of authorization required for solman_btc user. as per the document assign below roles:

SAP_SM_BATCH

SAP_BI_E2E

The user had this two roles: SAP_SM_BATCH and SAP_BI_E2E, but the problem was that the objects were not updated. I have followed note 1560717 and now it works fine.

Kamil: I checked this note before and I changed the scheduling of that job, but it still is canceled.

Please check note 1671390 - GN_WORKLIST_GENERATE or GN_GENERATE_CHECK job terminates

the logs you mentioned has the solution, the userID SOLMAN_BTC has No authority to execute this job.
