SAP TM 9.0 MAP Interaction Issue

Dear SAP TM Gurus,

Currently I am with an implementation of SAP TM 9.0 and I had setup HERE maps in a trial version (Customer is currently evaluating the vendor).

I do have two questions:

1.- Once I log on into the NWBC I do have two Transportation cockpits

When I choose the first one the following error arise:

Do you now what is going wrong? Any missed setup? (I followed the Masta's MKS series)

Otherwise if I choose the second option I do have the map

2.- As you can see in point one (1) The error shows that Visual Business is not installed in my client (Laptop)

But in fact I certainly have it:

Do you know why the error message arose? It is OK to have the Visual Business 2.0 in "black" format?

Hi,Marco

I think you should check why there are two 'transportation network cockpit'.

In standard system, there is only one application for 'transportation network cockpit'.

you can firstly check below role in T-code PFCG if there are two application in this role

Hi Matthew I really appreciate your comments and help, I will look into it and I can tell you that your answer is correct because I assigned all the TMS* profiles so I will need to test each one.

Hello,

the error screen is related to the SAP Visual Business 1.1, that was used in TM 8.0 / 8.1. I would agree with Matthew that you should analyze why the other menu entry appears and get rid of it. Also it would be good to check the Transportation Cockpit and make sure that there the correct VB 2.0 component is used and the map displayed correctly.
