Hello all, i am currently doing a SAP Fiori implementation and looking for notification options. Is there a robust SMS notification option available with Fiori?
Thank you for responding Masa. We are implementing the manager approval apps. So, shopping cart approval, leave request approval and so on. What would be great, if we had a way to notify the managers when they had shopping carts waiting on their approvals.
This option would be very usefull for all manager apps and I am very interested Also . we have also a resent fiori implementation and we covered somehow this need using the existing SAP workflow emailing system
Yes. ERP backend application or SAP Business Workflow engine can send out notifications. SAPconnect has several interface and SMTP email notification is used widely. Also SMS, Phone, FAX integrations are available in SAPconnect.
