HI,

Support : Running project where you might be develope new scenarios and support already existed scenarios.

Maintenance :Implemented project , supporting maintenance activities.

In both the cases , you might need to understand the entire scenario , good understanding on monitoring skills, understanding alert messages and able to identify the respective interfaces and able to correct also.

Mainly in support you have to do Monitoring task and changes in Integration scenerio as per requirement.

Support and maintenance :

you are giving support to the already ongoing project.This type of support in terms of Application development, application design .

Maintenace : Already implemented project maintenance also comes under this.

Error monitoring and troubleshooting ,

Production Support.
